Fidelity has created an America Saves Week toolkit, leveraging the opportunity to encourage individuals to save money and builds upon it to help employers (i.e. Plan Sponsors) communicate the message to their employees. The goal of the toolkit is to encourage employees to increase their contributions by 1% more to better prepare for retirement. Plan Sponsors received the toolkit in three parts between January 26 and February 16, 2017.
