On your way to the materials, you'll be asked to fill out a short online survey telling us who you are and how you will be participating in America Saves Week. Click here to view the survey as a pdf document.
Completing this five-minute survey benefits us by allowing us to anticipate what support we need to provide and how to promote what is happening. It also benefits you by helping you think through options, set goals, and create a record of your plan. If you are unsure about your plans, answer the contact information questions and skip through the following portion of the survey.
When you complete the online survey we'll also post the name of your organization on our list of participating groups. The reporting survey we will ask you to complete after America Saves Week will follow this same format, so having your plan organized this way will make reporting easier.
